Our well-equipped manufacturing units located in Mukka and Ullal consists of high technology featured machinery, upgraded from time to time has the maximum installed capacity to process 1500 metric tons.
To stock our huge product range we have installed an advanced warehouse in our premises. Bawa Fishmeal & Oil Co's warehouse is located in Baikampady, Mangalore. This unit is spacious and of great significance to us as it is responsible for storing our huge consignments in safe custody, till the time of delivery to domestic and international clients.
Covering a sprawling area, the warehouse is outfitted with requisite devices to maintain a temperate and pneumatic controlled interior to help retain the quality and freshness of the stored consignment. We follow a detailed inventory management to document stock condition and shipment details. All primary details are labeled for easy identification and retrieval during the time of delivery.
The packaging unit attached to the warehouse is very efficient and takes extra precaution and care to pack the products. Each product is packed hygienically with high quality packaging materials so as to retain the quality, nutrient value, and freshness of the products, as well as protect the products from damage especially during transit.
